Branding at a Crossroads

Our point of view is that Hotels and Tourism Operators are getting sucked into giving away their brand. Reliance on OTAs is bad for brand integrity. It is important not to abdicate the responsibility of managing your own Brands and taking control of it. We have 3 related views on this.
